Fiery Red asam pedas (sour and spicy fish stew) made with ikan pari (stingray) sounds like some of the foods I have had in Thailand, and yes you do sweat as you eat even on a chilly day. I often wished I had a Popsicle to cool things off when I went to the restroom.
