Yes, I know. There are a lot of people here who are going to exclaim, "The Washington Post!? That liberal rag!?" But the fact of the matter is they do accurate reporting. The title of this article may not show up on this site, but it is titled "Trump revealed highly classified information to Russian foreign minister and ambassador". Yes, he as POTUS can do anything and as article states, "has broad authority to declassify government secrets, making it unlikely that his disclosures broke the law."
I guess the Russian government is "friends" now with the USA.
