Working AC-RC support and commanding teams of Observer-Controller-Trainers, our OC-Ts saw many mistakes in mobilizing units and in general, we're almost too good at recognizing people's and unit's deficiencies and reacting to those. So I would ask this question: "What will you do if they get the scenario right the first time?" Are you prepared for them to succeed? Where do you take them, then? How will you challenge a team that comes in and is already tactically & technically sound...
