On a leave form, what goes in the remarks block when taking PTDY in conjunction with PCS leave?

Go ask the reviewer.... it matters not what I say (mostly because Im out of date with DTS info) but mostly as it has to get past the reviewer and then the authorizer ..so its them your pleasing..... go ask.
