Bedding, flashlights, lighters, emergency radio, bug spray, baby wipes, sanitary stuff, mirror, MREs, guns and ammo, knife, first aid kit, cooking pot, ponchos, 550 cord.

The US has a radical shift towards huge disasters. The military monitors the needs of states to include using the full spectrum of military assets and personnel for preparedness and recover. If they need aircraft carriers and helicopters, the Military HQs has the power to requisition them. FEMA will be the coordinating agency for funding. The NG and military will move the mountains. It takes a sage LTG and his staff to constitute command on the ground.
