PO1 William "Chip" Nagel good news... if it wasn't for the EPA in the 70's... there would have be more un-reclaimed strip mine land around...

Abating Abandoned Mine Land that is defined as having been abandoned prior to 1977 is important work, while the is important work I believe much of the current funding these programs is getting is coming from the Inflation Reduction Act because they can’t spend the money fast enough in other areas. In my opinion it will be a challenge to spend the money fast enough in these programs.
