I received my first look already and when I went into ACT recently, there was no OML. Can anyone help me understand what this means? I completed SLC Summer of 2022...

If you were Boarded/Considered for SFC last year but have not received an OML, then logic dictates you were not selected. If you were selected, you should have received an email from HRC/HQDA informing you of your OML

SSG (Join to see) it means you have not been boarded yet or have fallen off the OML and not been boarded again.

Sergeant Major, thank you for your response. I was not on the OML in 2022 and I believe my first look occurred last year. My E6 DOR is APR 2020.

SSG (Join to see), you may have not been selected, even if you didn't meet the cutoff or they might have pulled eligible candidates before April.
Either way, you should sit down with your NCO Support Channel to go over your evaluations, ERB, and PME. Those are typically the things that can set you apart. Have you looked at your CMF map on ACT for self development opportunities?
