Wow....that's insane!!!
I once had a patient family member ask me not to use my name "Jon", because they'd had a cousin die recently with the name. At the time I thought that was weird...but this one takes the cake.

I don't think looking like a rapist goes on your police record. LOL. Just move to a different region, or get a shirt that says "I'm not the guy they are looking for." Wait... don't do the latter, that's probably counter productive.
I understand removing triggers in a PTSD victim, but I think that's too far. Would they consider not shooting fireworks off in the town because of combat veterans that are in the school?
Wow....I hope the student that was banned gets some sort of compensation or something....'cuz I think that's infringing on HIS rights to protect hers.

CPT (Join to see) I get why a person would want to avoid triggers to their own problems and experiences but why all of the sudden has it become a right that there be no triggers allowed in your environment? I mean shouldn't the person with a problem avoid the trigger rather than the poor guy who looks wrong being sent off? Kind of crazy logic if you ask me. Not that I thought you were advocating that. Your comment just made me think of it.

This is a travesty. Sure, the victim deserves to be treated well, but allowing this is just plain brutal. This poor schmuck has to suffer because he "looks like" (!!!) the rapist. That is political correctness run amok. Sure, we all feel for the victim, but does that mean that ALL men are evil? I think not.

I'd seriously hesitate to give any credibility to this "story." There's 2 articles or blogs here apparently by 2 different people that are almost identical. There's no reference or source and this is a very easy thing to validate. What in the world is "allegedly banned from campus?" It's just another way of saying, so I heard this one guy....
