Crabbing in Half Moon Bay

Sir, love your birds, but unless you live in Alaska, I wouldn't waste the time or effort on King Crab Legs. Hands down the sweet meat of Dungy crabs put King crab to shame. For the record I grew up catching and eating New England Lobster, and I feel Dungies are better by far. Nitrogen frozen king crabs are bland IMHO.

Eating whole crabs seems so inefficient to me. It looks like I opened them up with grenades and occasionally witness crab meat tumbling in the air.

Brother you have no idea, come out west in the Nov/Dec time frame, I will take you out for a ride you won't soon forget. Nothing like having a visit by a gray whale or dolphin. I stay clear of seals, aka "furbags," or "shark bait." They will steal salmon if given a chance.
