A Holiday man has pleaded guilty to federal charges that he threatened and intimidated an Iraqi-American family over several months so they would move out of his neighborhood and leave the United States.
David Allen Boileau, 58, faces up to a year in prison on a charge of criminal interference with a right to fair housing. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
The family, now naturalized United States citizens, had immigrated to the United States from Iraq in 2015 through a refugee visa.

In fact most who are violent exhibit prominent antisocial qualities and disordered personalities.
