New cyber vulnerability poses 'severe risk,' DHS says

Defense is always harder than offense. It is difficult, but not impossible. So many of our problems here are self-induced. People want new stuff faster and faster. That new stuff is more complex each day. Imagine trying to design a fully new aircraft carrier and turn it out in a couple of months. Also, people are cheap. They don't want to fix anything until it become a massive problem. People also like clicking on everything in their email.
