I like to read. Just make sure it is a book and not a "screen" or e-reader

Probably going to annoy everyone with this comment, but all my life I've stayed up 'til I'm tired, laid down and gone to sleep in 2-3 minutes, and slept 6-7 hours, usually with one bathroom break. I guess I just live right or lucked out or something.
