Thanksgiving is upon us so after the turkey dinner, what will you do? Take a nap, run, watch football or something else?

Since we will not be traveling home this year, we plan on hosting dinner this year for those who are unfortunate in the fact that they are unable to go home or otherwise don’t have anywhere to go. Our plan is to use this and the following hours after to connect. We have board games and video games that encourage communication and fun, so team building essentially is the essence of it. These are enjoyable moments for my family and I

That sounds wonderful! We are with family but always invite others who have no where to go. So far I am up to 23 coming over. It feels good so I can’t complain.

This is why thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. There is no madness to it in the sense of presents, expectations and the like. Good company and being thankful for what you have is all there really is to it

Oh my, I don't know about you but I think there should be no kids organized sports on Thanksgiving! I was upset enough that our Junior has basketball practice at 8:30 the day after which means no travel for us!
