Enlisted Force is Military’s Greatest Advantage, Chairman’s Enlisted A

I have been assign in 2 joint international assignments with a lot of South, Central America and Canada military partners and their officers and enlisted envy the U.S. Army's NCO and Enlisted abilities, skills and professionalism. Just saying!

I can not praise NCOs and soldiers enough. I always respected NCO's input and the soldiers for doing the heavy lifting. These conditions were a prerequisite to de-centralization of leadership and mission accomplishment.

The NCO's that I have known taught me lessons that, to my knowledge, are not in any books. One of my really good friends, and still is today, gave a direct commissioned 2Lt the NCO version of everything you need to know to survive in the Air Force. He was not even in my unit. The information served me well throughout my career.
