As I’m doing my nightly scroll through Facebook to see what people are doing, I come across Medals of America and I’m instantly confused by the commemorative Medals....so I have a Unit Citation, so why do I need a Unit Commemorative Medal? I have a Battle E, so why do I need a Commemorative Medal for it? Finally why I’m the hell is there a Shellback Commemorative Medal?

So tell me Shipmates, why do we need commemorative Medals? What’s are you opinions?
