I'd heard about the statute change, though that was after we finally got me approved after six and half years...we started with a major vet group, then moved it to an attorney with NOVA, the website here is theirs...the vet group did all they could, my whole thing was just way too involved, though they did their best...NOVA is a really good group, I've sent them in sevl times here, as have others, I just figured I'd mention them here, figured it'd be useful, that was all, honest....
