I would like to ask a question. I have a disability rating of 40%. 10% is for tinnitus and I have been told that test showed that I had hearing loss as well. Dealing with the powers that be have left me with anger issues in the recent past. ? Should I bother to pursue a possible additional 10% for the hearing loss. Thumbs up or thumbs down.
Thank you
Thank you

I unfortunately listened to the barracks lawyers and thought the VA only gave disability associated with hearing loss for tinnitus; so, that's all that I mentioned to the VA. https://mhhdisabilitylaw.com/va-disability-hearing-loss/
This is a good article which outlines the differences, and what you're entitled to. As long as you can show service connected hearing loss, then I'd go for it! Good luck.

Do it. Worst thing that will happen is that you get denied.
