My Platoon Sergeant and 1st Sergeant are blocking my command approval package for my application to MSSA. What can I do?

My Platoon Sergeant and 1st Sergeant are blocking my command approval package(which requires Battalion commander and Battalion Sergeant Major's signature.
Microsoft System & Software Academy is an program that army offers under Army Career Skill Program. And the class starts the Feb 15th which will cut my service time short by roughly 40 days. Due to this I need to submit Command Approval Package.
My PSG wants me to give him a leave form for terminal leave in case it was not approve and also some kind of prove that I can clear the post before Feb 14th (the class starts at 15th). They are planning to bring me to a two week training next Friday out side of our state, which make that very difficult. He also said that if I try to use open door for this, the BC are just going to ask Co who will ask 1SG and him if I deserve to get out a month and half early to attend this opportunity, if he says no they are probably not going to sign it. I've been trying to send this up for more then a month now and deadline is next Tuesday, can any one help me with this? I'm good at computer and this is a very important opportunity which only comes once for me.

You aren't required to clear post prior to beginning CSP programs, you are placed on permissive TDY for the duration of the course. Afterward, you will clear post and ETS.
No one can make you PSG recommend your request. Do you need his recommendation? A 4187 doesn't require a 1SG or PSG signature, it starts at your CO and continues up to the approval authority. Even if your CO recommends denying it, he has to pass the 4187 to the BC for signature.
Another option would be extending long enough to allow you to apply to the next opening for MSSA.
If you want to show your CO that you're worth giving an opportunity to, you may want to get off his admin hit list and do your SSD. It's hard to justify approving a special opportunity for someone who's name is being briefed to the DIV, BDE, BN and Company commander because they're too lazy to do their SSD.
Once you've done that, I suggest asking your Career Counselor to talk to your CSM if you are still facing a wall.

Thank you very much, if i cannot get past my PSG tomorrow ill try to talk to my CO, he's a leader with reason and will hopefully work with me.

It sound like they just want that extra body the for the games, That is a Dick leader ship thing.
Witch is one off the Main resion people get out.
I cleard Ft .Drum in two days, and Ft.Benning in three. You have to get C.I.F. THE FIRST TIME with
Check to see if the still have the post Laundry that cleans TA-50.If so take your gear to them and keep it all wraped from them. Then take it to C.I.F.. I did this my last time at Ft.Drum. No hassal
they just took it and cleard me. GET THE STAMP OF FREEDOM. If you live in base housing move out asap. That alone will save you at least a week.
