<P>Every year as the new fiscal year approaches, people start voicing their opinions on things that would save the military money in their opinion. That is heard by others and then construed as what is going to happen. As you stated it is a rumor and there are hundreds of them every year.</P>

<P>Rest easy Airborne and keep your pack ready, you will be jumping. If I was the CSM there and heard that rumor, I would schedule an "and you believed the hype" jump on the second of October!!</P>
