If you have read the publication, what were your thoughts? Has anyone used it as a professional development tool? Has any 1SG/MSGs been contacted for input on the second edition?

Thank you for the tip CSM. I just downloaded the pub. I have worked for a few of the contributors of the pub and I am looking forward to reading it.
I read something "similar" a few years back titled "Long Hard Road: NCO Experiences in Iraq and Afghanistan." It was a collaboration of experiences from a USASMA Class published in 2007.

That is awesome CSM. CSM Detweiler told me about the book after he graduated from the class. He was my 1SG when we were in Afghanistan back in 04-05. Small world...

CSM,
I haven't but would like to, would you happen to have a link to it or a good source for acquiring it.
Thanks for sharing.

The novelty has worn off and so now people are questioning them as being useful or not, but that answer may be as secret as the unit once has been. Not all our enemies are overseas. Some are legislators and some are executive branch people.
