Russia may be helping supply Taliban insurgents: U.S. general

Back when Rambo III was out, it was us helping the Taliban fight the Russians. I need a new decoder ring

How and why would this surprise our GOs? How does it directly influence the campaign that we have and how do we exploit it should be the issue. Russia uses proxies and so do we. After 16 years of sustained combat operations in an area where a Superpower has been mired down by a 7th Century advisary, I would think that we have bigger issues to solve than a Russian logistical network to the Taliban. This should illustrate to us that our GO corps has not learned from Iraq when the Iranains were supplying weapons technology and utilizing their own Al Quids force to attack our forces with no retaliation and even handing over captured Iranian fighters to Iran.

It is my understanding the last administration took a big dump in Ukraine. Trying to move it close to the WTO. Half of the Ukraine see themselves as Russian. We have ships in the black Sea and increasing strength in Poland.
I do not like reading the Russians are supporting the AQ. I do not like reading we helped destroy Syria supporting Juan McCains Sunni Islamic so called rebels. Look at Iraq. North Africa, Libya and Egypt. All on our heads for some world agenda I still can't figure out.
