I have had this pair since I got to basic training June 2018, and they finally broke. I am in the national guard and will not be going to drill until late October.

Chances are you won't be able to get new glasses until you do an SRP and/or an LHI Comprehensive Eye Exam. Either way, when you get to your unit, just get with your NCOs and see what can be done. It could be something as simple as your unit submitting an LHI voucher for a comprehensive check where you can get new glasses.

SPC (Join to see) You Want Another Set of Birth Control Glasses? Tortoise Shell? Yeah Once I Ordered a Pair but Usually I've Gone with Aviators. Only Problem these Last Pair of Aviators I Got are Honest to God Raybans. (Don't do that, Way too Expensive)

If you live near a military base your unit can probably give them a heads up and you can go there and get them replaced. That’s what they told us at DCC was that if we ever broke ours or needed them adjusted we could contact the optometry department on an army base.
