Cuba is and has remained a violent dictatorship for 60 years. The Democrats are apparently willing to overlook the Cuban government beating and killing anyone who dissents.
As for Conservatives, you don't have a clue what you are talking about. There is a reason why most of the Cubans who settled in the USA, particularly in Florida are overwhelmingly Republican. It is because Democrats couldn't care less about them and are more enamored with the idea of Socialism.
