How would someone find serious entry level work in IT?

I have an AAS in Network Administration with a 3.975 GPA, Phi Theta Kappa member and 2015 Avnet Tech Games Lead Team Member for my school. I am enrolled at WGU - Texas for my BS in Network Security:

Also I take classes through http://www.edx.org in Linux, Project Management and Java. I currently hold Comptia A+, N+ and Security+ certifications with Project+ and Linux+ exams scheduled by mid September (as per degree plan). I must also complete CCENT, CCNA and CCNA Security (as per degree plan) for my degree with a scheduled graduation as of Feb 2018.
Since then... Finished my BSIT Network Operations and Security degree along with required certifications, working on WYWM Cyber Security Analyst training program and gaining Splunk certification/training.
I have been to LinkedIn, ITCareerFinder.com, FieldNation.com, ziprecruiter.com, Robert Half Technology, and even the school's career services site. I have checked through Comptia's webpage for veterans too. Outside of job/hiring fairs, is there anything I missed?

What do you mean? I mean real entry level work outside of Best buy's Geek squad or any other retail based work. Got burned out dealing with customers who couldn't figure out an A-hole from a hole in the ground. Any additional skills needed for employment would be beneficial.

LTC (Join to see) - Thanks, but that is a bit outside my range, they want 3 years professional experience with technical knowledge of their enterprise applications (which are not mentioned), project management experience and so on. I did about 10 months working as a student assistant at a community college for the Network Manager, then I graduated. I have learned to use MS Visio and other software because of an immediate need. I have created job orders/estimates, my own documentation for projects and equipment installed including make, model, S/N and accessories. I have located and mounted over 25 WAPs, removed hundreds of unnecessary cables and outdated equipment around campus. I assisted with the setup of a campus wide expansion of wifi for students and faculty. Everything else I have done is at home straight out of a book or just took a flying leap on my home pc. Can't count the number of times I have crashed/repaired my PC because of something gone awry. I setup 3 separate Linux VMs for research, tried to do one for Mac but a real pain in the ass. I have built both of my PCs then upgraded and tweaked to the beasts I have now. Plus I also do tech support and consorting for people on Steam discussion boards as well as friends and family.

I moved as my home city has temporary IT jobs. Degree helps. However industry certified in areas help. Also worth credits off a degree in some cases.
Information security at the C levels or senior, CISSP , I studied for 8 weeks solid passed it with 2 hours to spare.
Texas IT is fast growing market.
Comptia A+, network+ Security+ is required for DOD contractors. Or us government contractors, and or many military it specialists.
Indianapolis , the glut of universities , it certifion Mills , and the death spiral of a market... Was what made me leave.
The ones with perm it jobs , often had hi end contacts. However if you went to a local community college/u you'd not have such ivyleage contacts... Hard work would beget your fired... You'd work yourself out of a job. Some job markets are toxic others are not. Some like Dallas 20 hourly for little to no experience vs Indy 17 years and barley 20 hourly...
However bachelor's and CISSP is 60 hourly.... I'm all giddy to pay off my grad loans and my remaining classes on masters in cash.

I should finish by Feb 2018. Two of my teachers at Scottsdale Community College, where I got my AAS, also teach at University of Advancing Technology, their Network Security degree program is NSA certified. I couldn't afford to go there since I only had 8 months of GI Bill left. I have their contact information. Also I didn't take garbage courses like what is offered here at some Houston area community colleges. Some offered classes were Unix, Server 2003, and other classes I took 15 years ago. I took 2 Linux classes, 1 MS Server 2012 class, 1 Network Security class, 1 Virtualization class, 1 Cisco CCENT/CCNA class (my only B), 1 Powershell class, Internship at the schools IT department and the rest were MS Office, A+, N+ classes. The classes there offered a pass on the final if you got certified during the course of the class. These classes transfer into Arizona State, Univ of Arizona, Grand Canyon Univ, Univ of Advancing Technology, and about 50 other Universities in the region going as far east as El Paso, Tx north into Utah, and west into California.
