PO1 Janetta Arford, big jumps can occur from "earning" badges for having a post or topic liked a specific amount of times. Not to mention the points earned when people reply to a topic or post. I earned like 4000 points the one day that I didn't even post on RP.

Asked pointed questions and hope people respond or like what you said and you get points while you sleep or not even log on to RP.

Sargeant, I have greatly benefited from the knowledge, experiences and mentors hip that higher ranking NCOs and Officers have provided me on here. Just being able to openly communicate and gather such wisdom in this manner is amazing!
