Not that I would ever fall into the trap of using idiom to make a point, but when I say "come see me later", you are screwed.
If the commander needs to see you, it might be good news.
If the First Sergeant needs to see you, it is NEVER good news.

This is True - and if either the 1SG or Commander knows you by first name - then it is equally as bad.
