I believe you mean Iraq says no thanks! :)
They understand that Western "Crusader" troops policing the Middle East is about as effective as Russian "Communist" troops policing the KKK in the deep South.

What do you expected?? we armed ISIS and we are there to only contain ISIS. No wonder they no longer trust us or want us there.

They know as long as we have the team in power now in the White House they will cut and run when it gets tough and not stay the course...just like we did in Afghanistan.
