If someone is disqualified from service, do they still have to register for draft?

With the possibility of Women being required to register for Selective Service, I was wondering if my Daughter will still need to do so. She was released from basic training for medical reasons and contract voided.

When you go to MEPS you are automatically assigned a selective service number. I never registered for the draft (was 17 when I joined). When I reenlisted, we had to track the # down.

Women will fall under that clause.
