Everyone knows their strengths but to truly know your weakness is a strength in its own.

I know my biggest weakness is having patience with people who've not had the chance to learn what I have and expect them to know it. I work as a farrier. I grew up around horses, learned from my Dad how to be around horses and common horse sense. I lived and worked around horses and mules for years and learned the knowledge to read horses, understand them, being about to look them in the eye and know what they are doing. I find myself many times short tempered when around people who've just had horses as a hobby and think they know what they are doing, do stupid things. I've had to step back and explain to them (which is most people these days) what they should do. Taking that time to stop, think about the situation before we blow our stack and belittle people goes in any environment.

SFC Stephen King - When we realize our weaknesses then we can drive on and focus on the things really needing attention. When we refuse to admit we got a weakness, this is when we're in self denial and on that slippery slope to the bottom.

My weakness is feeling joy in minute quantities and infrequently.
