I have asked Direct TV why they are not carrying it. No response yet and I am not holding my breath, but if others on RP have Direct TV, you might want to ask your providers why they are not planning to carry it also.

Go to the link you provided and then click on the connect with a cable provider. I just assumed (you know what that does) that since providers were listed they must be carrying the documentary - I might be incorrect, but I know Chiefs are never mistaken. (the http://www.hulu.com/attack-on-the-4th-of-july- link)
