Why would my ets date fall off my erb? I was looked at during the most recent QMP board, beginning of February 2017, but I haven't received any notifications yet. I also did reenlist for indef this past December.

Human Resource systems! I am not a 420A Technician, however as a CCWO, I review hundreds of ORBs and like half of them have their service obligation and the others do not. This dynamic changes all the time and things drop off and then slip back on, it is amazing. Now a 42 or 420A may have the exact answer, but just visit your S1 and have it added back and your recent VOL INDEF status should have picked up if you qualified, however sometimes you have to PUSH to get it on there. I totally understand wanting to have your stuff straight for a QMP, lack of record maintenance is an indicator for some.

I am hoping so too. But I have done what I can to this point to fight my situation (4 years) and hopefully the recommendations I have will help along with my rebuttal. I am hoping that I can finish and retire too.

Just curious, would you have been permitted to go into the Reserves or Guard to get enough points for retirement?

No I tried and I was told no many times I really can't believe the way they went about it.I know one person that was released from the Navy with little over 5 years And he was released from Navy and he has PX Privileges and Commissary and it's not Fair. Since being out I have been discriminated against by different companies for discounts I really would like to talk to someone one on one and not writing about it because I was screwed big time.
