What are your top three goals for your career, and what have been your top three accomplishments thus far?

Many of us have served in a vast ammount of assignments and have had oppurtunities that others either have not, or just didn't know about. Let's here what you have done (what station it was at, if it applies) and would still like to do. I think some that maybe have not done what others have done could possibly re align their chosen goals based off what they may read here.

My accomplisments.

     1. Sergeant Morales Club Member (Grafenwoehr Germany)

     2. Sergeant Audie Murphy Club Member (in Iraq while attached to 1st Cavalry Division)

     3. Strived for and attained distinguished honor Grad during ALC and SLC

My Goals:

     1. Finish my degree in HR management

     2. Continue to serve the ordnance corps proudly and move from being a training developer to be a 1SG in an ordnance unit.

     3. Lastly I would like to fulfilll requirements to set myself up for being inducted into the ordnance hall of fame later in life, and be allowed the honor of continuing to provide services to the ordnance corps after my retirement from the military.

I never had goals and achievements as such in my time in the Army. We didn't have them back in the day. As a certified Life and Mental Mindset/Sports Psychology Coach, I now know all about SMART Goals and how to chunk them down so that they become achievable. I do know that since I left my position at TRADOC HQ as a Captain in 1987 (Deputy CofS for Training's Chemical Officer), I have never accomplished anything close to what I did in that job in civilian life.
