Can anyone recommend an accountant (possibly Veteran) for a 501(c)3 (an equine rescue and veteran therapy program, in Lancaster County Pa)?

Look and see- lots of folks will do work at free or reduced rates for Vet non-profits. Check the state CPA groups for leads.

I don't know an accountant but just want to comment on your organization. That is a great sounding program. Too bad we don't have something like that out here in California.
