Pretty straight forward. RP has helped me on quite a few occasions to learn something about myself. For example, I used to think that women should not be in combat units, mostly due to the idea of fraternization than inability and such, but now see my thoughts as a greater issue for the need for professionalism across the board.
I have typed up a great deal of responses (usually in word cause that box is too small for me to not miss errors while using my advanced hunt and peck typing technique) that none of you have ever seen because halfway through I realize I am wrong, not making sense, trying to talk sense to a rock, or I just need to figure out my own thoughts on a subject.
I am actually working on a couple “thoughts” right now, trying to get the wording right and make sure that I am not misunderstood and/or I’m curious if the topics are worthy of you all to reply to… not so much that I want that thread that blows up or changes lives (that would be nice) but more that I do not add to the bulk of wasted space on the internet (extends beyond RP haha)
How often has RP changed your views/ enlightened you to something? I would love to hear the difference RP has made on views and positions you previously held (or reinforcement of those views).

I will say that I have enjoyed 1SG (Join to see) daily history posts especially when there is something listed that I did not realize happened. I enjoy the insights of
Sgt Aaron Kennedy, MS to name a couple of things.

I thoroughly enjoy those daily insights as well. My memory will always lose track of those little tidbits, but they are interesting to learn.

I'm not sure about RalleyPoint in particular, but the online community as a whole has.

My thoughts regarding the Death Penalty have definitely evolved in the very recent past.

Additionally, RP has introduced me to concepts and scenarios that I had not considered previously, which has let me critically think through those ideas.

To me it always feels like a duh moment breakthrough when that happens. I haze myself for being so ignorant and close minded!

Whoa whoa whoa. We don't use the word haze anymore. Mothers of America took that away. It's now "informal counselling of a physical nature."
