You have to be able to serve 20 years before the age of 65

Shouldn't that read 20 years before the age of "55". Just remembering that I could not put anyone in (without prior service) over the age of 35. 6 years prior service would have allowed up to the age of 41 to go back in. Or has this changed recently?

For whatever it's worth, I inquired about the possibility of rejoining the Reserves a few months ago. I just turned 47 and had 3 years on AD, 5 in the Reserves which ended just over 2 years ago, but was informed I still had room to return. Don't know if my situation illuminates yours. If returning is what you want, I wish you luck!
