Probably not because if they did the "scrutinized" would hire some mouthpiece to cry "racial profiling" and they'd have to back off.

SGT (Join to see) No doesn't seem like it cause they keep popping up out of the woodwork. With all of the assets they are using, NSA, CIA and FBI, you would think they would have pinpoint locations and could just bomb them back to the stone ages.

SFC Charles S. , my thoughts exactly. If they know about them, what they are planning, and track them, why can't they arrest them before they act?
