And yet, the US House has that authority. The House can and has refused to seat a person who was legally elected by their State. The Democrats have already done it once before

As for the States you have listed, the laws require that an investigation be conducted when there appears to be impropriety by the county elections commission and if required, take charge of the office. This doesn't mean change a result. It means, follow the law

But does Pelosi as the House Speaker have the right to unseat an elected member of Congress? This comes down to a 1969 ruling by the US Supreme Court
