CWO3 (Join to see), I would opt for A. With a license you can continue to build upon your initial license with additional ratings. As far as the paragliding gear goes, I can only rely on my skydiving experience. It seemed like technology changed quite frequently. You might pay for a lot of gear now and in a few years feel like you needed to upgrade.
By the way, if that's a Cessna 210 in the first photo, I made a few jumps from one many moons ago!

A. With a pilot lic. its like separating your self from all your cares and can get you and your family places on your time schedule. B. Well lets say i like a since of adventure and challenging activity to explore new thing in new ways. A bit of an adrenaline junkie.

I think PPG is calm. I can see that someone can see it as an extreme sport.
