For years Sexual assault happens, and women ( and men too) would try to " Break the Cycle " by asking for help and majority of the time the victim was told to quit making things up and blah blah blah. I have so much love in my heart for those that kept fighting to demand something be done to stop this shameful stuff from happening and the sad thing is it took so darn long for the victims to finally get it through our Commands to quit cowering under Political pressure and do something for the Victims and Soldiers of the future.
My heart will always be support of the Soldiers and victims and against those who shun those cries for help and to do something about it now, not 30 yrs. from now. I can go on and on because thats just how much I hurt for the victims, its only the beginning but at least we maybe seeing light from the end of a very long tunnel.
I love ALL my veteran brothers and sisters, and I carry just as much love for the Active duty too.
