Its a new kick my wife got me on and I love it. I helps me calm down, relax and I feel great after. It even helps me sleep a bit better. I'm thinking of doing a FREE (no string attached) workshop to share what I learned with other vets. Anyone interested?

Check in with Col Burroughs and Warriors for Life. They have nightly meetings.

I've been doing simple breathwork and guided sessions and noticed I get better sleep and less tension during the day. Someone in my group suggested using boshan lu https://heazz.com/product-tag/powder-incense-burner/ , and it actually helped ground me. I wasn’t big into meditation before, but this made it feel more real and less like a chore.

I use both breathing exercises and meditation for PTSD, which also helps with chronic pain management too. IMHO and experience it's worth learning to do.
