Actually no. I'd rather the terrorist groups have some conventional arms. A tank is VERY easy for us to spot, track, and eliminate if/when necessary.

I am curious as to whether ISIS knows how to use the tanks and what is their logistics capabilities to arm, fuel, and fix them.

LCDR (Join to see) - Tanks seem to break down a lot and they are fuel hogs. If they are M1s they will require lots of prep to fire with accuracy.
