From America's 1st Freedom:

Retired Army Sgt. Howard Ray is a hero. Just ask the men and women—both comrades and civilians—whom he saved at Fort Hood back in 2009, when Nidal Hasan went on a shooting rampage, killing 13 people and wounding dozens of others.“I know for a fact that had I had my firearm that day, I would have been the deciding factor that stopped that terrorist ...”

For his efforts to rescue many that fateful day, Sgt. Ray received a medal of commendation. Yet the recent killing of four Marines and a Navy sailor in Chattanooga, Tenn., by...

I support open and concealed carry of firearms, but to think that just because you have one on your person would've made a difference isn't always true. You could freeze up, hit everything but your target (that's after being trained), and with the MP's and post LEO's sometimes working the scene, the best thing is to hunker down and look for an opportunity to take offensive action or escape. With a weapon sure you'd stand a much better chance, but until the fog's cleared, to the MP's and LEO's YOU could be the one their looking for and not who it actually is. I'm not convinced that wanton open carry should be allowed on post by any and everyone. As long as NJP, 4856's, Smoke sessions, toxic leaders, and a multitude of other things are around that can directly add to the stress levels of a troop, it's best not to give the option than to regulate it away. Off post, knock yourself out. Carry a Paladin in your pocket for all I care.

Gun violence isn't real. It's a term liberals made to make others fear guns. It's violence. They just happen to be using a gun. Don't promote propaganda. And last but not least, Molon Labe.

Hell, yes. One of those "red word phrases" like "semiautomatic assault rifle". What about the woman in Las Vegas, was that a "semiautomatic assault vehicle" she used in the "car violence"? We should all start saying stuff like that. Something like "little Jimmy smacked Carl upside the head with his semiautomatic assault Beanie Baby in a terrible expression of toy violence" and the like. Molon Labe indeed.

My friend gave me the phrase "red words". Don't know where that really came from, anyone know? I guess it's because its generally communist assholes using it and it makes me see red.
