Lots of change, moved into an independent living facility in August 2021. One bedroom apartment, lost my little dog so an alone.

I'm renting a dilapidated trailer my landlord don't want to repair anything it's me and my wife only , can any one help find a better place in the country, she's charging me 6.50 a month for 2 bdr it not worth it .
