My father was either a Merchant Marine, Army Private or member of another government agency. Please help solve this mystery of where and when this picture was taken. The back of the photo says Seoul. He was stationed at Ft Benning 1949-1953 in “school after school” and could not get down range.

Capt Sabrena Goldman "Another Government Agency" Say Like the ASA Army Security Agency, Army Uniformed part of the NSA? Can't Place the Dragon and I've never been in Korea. I know there would have been an increased presence of ASA Folks in 1968 in response to the capture of the Pueblo. Another Thought would be Vietnam before Official US Entry into the War there We did have NSA Folks in Vietnam, Laos and Thailand.

Capt Sabrena Goldman Could it be Hue City or Da Nang? Dragons on Stairwell pretty common in Vietnam. (If We Ignore "Seoul" on the Back, OPDEC/Disinformation pretty common in My Old Line of Work)
