Going to DEERS on a walk-in basis, but on a Saturday down in Norfolk,VA. I know there is gonna be a long line of people and we should arrive early but I am trying to figure out if personnel in uniform get to skip you in line.

That's going to be up to the DEERS office if they want to run it that way. Normally, without an appointment, it's a First Come First Served.

Agreed. At Ft. Bliss preference was given to uniformed personnel.

Normally its by a sign in sheet, unless they are on certain duties which can restrict their time.
