62% of employees work remotely at least part of the time. Let's see if this is consistent across our RallyPoint community.
- A study by Owl Labs found that full-time remote workers reported being happy in their jobs 22% more than workers who are never remote.
- Remote workers reported having better work-life balance, focus, and less stress. - Companies that give workers more flexibility were more likely to retain them.
- Remote workers will also work longer hours; they reported working over 40 hours per week 43% more than non-remote workers.

I "work" with the Red Cross so I am rarely in an office, I am either at home doing phone response or on the road.

I have a telework agreement with the Army Corps and can telework whenever I need/want to, however, I prefer to be in the office when I can because I get a lot more accomplished with face-to-face meetings than I do with email. It is easy to receive an email, flag it for follow-up, and then forget to get back to it. It is much more difficult to ignore me standing in your office asking the same question.

Saying all of that, I telework 1-2 days a month but allow my team to each telework one day a week as mission dictates.
