I tried to post as a "shared link" but the URL is too long for the software.

EDITED TO ADD
According to the latest Rasmussen poll 81% of all Americans consider that the US government is "corrupt". [Sorry, but I don't actually subscribe to Rasmussen so I can't provide a link.]

MAJ Ken Landgren - Major; As I understand the jurisprudence, only if they are "pressing and persistent".
Strangely (or maybe not) the same standard doesn't appear to apply to undercover investigations of more serious crimes (at least not to the same extent).
I think that you will find that there has been more than one "black box" study done which shows that the degree of civil rights violations allowable in police work is directly proportional to the (then perceived) seriousness of the crime being investigated.

Sgt David G Duchesneau - Sergeant; That was my question as well.
If someone hasn't read the article, do you think that they could correctly match up:
[1] American Christians;
[2] American Jews;
[3] American Muslims;
with the correct percentages
[A] 40% approve of using armed force against civilians;
[B] 52% approve of using armed force against civilians;
[C] 58% approve of using armed force against civilians;
I suspect not.
