Are you okay with Hillary not being indicted for her emails and server?

I'm not sure my heart could stand the surprise if she is indicted. To be fair, I'm not sure her heart could stand it either

It doesn't seem to matter what she does, Sgt Tom Cunnally. She appears to be bullet proof. Like CPT Jack Durish, I would be surprised if she were ever to be indicted for anything.

1, she doesn't have a heart, and 2. I want to see her cyber awareness certificate...

Just more proof that the Obama administration is using it's power to promote it's agenda at all cost.

Enjoy this kind of play now, because Hillary is going to be your next Commander-in-Chief.

No. We are supposed to be a nation of laws, not a nation of men (or women) with special privileges that are above the law.
The information already made public makes it clear that Hillary mishandled highly classified documents and exposed them to being compromised on an unsecured and unauthorized server. This should result in an indictment and a conviction if the law is followed by our top law enforcement officials and our CINC.
If Hillary skates on this, the law enforcement officials at the top are complicit in her crimes.

Sadly the threshold for mishandling does not include the word "intent" the law says you did or you didn't mishandle... Comey must have some skeletons in his closet to roll over like this.
More scary is now the blackmail card can be played against her, just like with her other half was done in relationship to the CSC and San Diego port.

SFC Alfred Galloway, someone this morning on the news called this the "Chief Justice Thomas syndrome" (on Obamacare), where he followed the evidence to a point, but was afraid of the consequences of the obvious conclusion - and so he invented some fancy rationalization to justify ignoring the clear letter of the law.
I think that the term “cowardice” is too light a term in both cases.

SFC Alfred Galloway, "Comey must have some skeletons in his closet to roll over like this."
He would indeed appear to have some skeletons in his closet...

The Wall Street Journal writes that President Obama's nominee to lead the FBI has a record of prosecutorial excess and bad judgment.
