How does everyone feel about the Army and Social Media when it comes to fitness, motivation and what not. I bring this up for two reasons. 1. I am about to start taping my workouts and talking for information. 2. There was a DS that just ETS'd that just went off on the Higher ups. I watched one of his video's from a battle, then I watched the one where he said the SR's. were Fat. Opinions?

You're wasting time thinking, SSG. I wish I had started my blog when I was in. It's good publicity, it would help your career, NCOERs, and provide you another avenue with which to mentor and train troops. Just do it like Nike. Start a YouTube channel. Do a podcast. If you have questions about any of this stuff, I and many others here can help. Once you start, I'll likely create a post to cover your content.

LOL SGT Jacqueem Spratley, Yes I will include nutrition but just because I am a 92G doesn't qualify us as being a Nutritionist. The only reason that got me motivated is the SSG that just got out that I was talking about saying he can look at someone and tell they bust tape. No I disagree, you might be over the Army's weight standard but doesn't mean that you bust tape. Just my pennies worth. Thanks.

Go for it. I am always interested in seeing new ideas. Sometimes I even find something to add to and expand my workout routine.

So I did start using Facebook live. Once I get off this deployment I will be making a you tube channel. I'm not going to limit it to just weights or weight lifting or excercise. We will be talking about all kinds of topics, suicide depression SHARP, deployments anything and everything.
