In fact someone still in uniform oughta write up a new one on that specific topic. Maybe someone in the ANG, since they could use a little moto as they deal with looters.

I struggle with this one also. My entire career has including running cadences that are apparently focused on all the wrong things and include every vulgarity you can think of. Now we are in an age of the complete opposite side of the spectrum where simply singing about killing will offend someone passing by. So the short long of it is I don't know many PC cadences but I'm working on it.
